If for any reason you
are not happy with your gift please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and
we will change the item.
Flower deliveries
On the requested day of
delivery if the recipient is not at home, the item/items will be left with a
neighbour or a safe and suitable place and a card will be put through the
recipients door stating where they have been left. If this is not possible then
the item/items will be returned to the shop. On the card there will be a phone
number for the recipient to contact us to make a convenient and mutual
time for re-delivery.
If for any reason we
cannot do the delivery from our shop then we will redirect the order through
the Interfora system at no extra charge to yourselves. Providing that they will
execute a similar item or product for the amount spent on our web site or we
will email you back with an alternative option.
Please note that we are
always closed on English National Bank Holidays.
Products and
content
All products and colours are subject to availability, if we have any
problem in supplying any of the items or products, we reserve the right to
substitute the product or item of equivalent value and same high quality without
notice.
Pricing policy
All prices are subject
to increase at busy periods, i.e. Christmas, Valentines Day & Mothers Day.
Prices on our site will be valid for at least 7 days.
Cancellation

World abides by the new consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
where an order for non perishable items may be cancelled within 8 working days
of you receiving the goods. Under the Distance Selling Regulations,
cancellation rights can only be claimed if the goods are returned in the same
condition in which they arrived at your premises. If the products are not in
the same condition as they were delivered in you will not be entitled to the
refund. You the customer are responsible for returning the products to
us, the cost of the products will be refunded within 30 days less any direct
collection cost's incurred by us
Perishable goods can be
cancelled or amended within 24 hours before the date of delivery, or 48 hours
for an overseas order.
