I just wanted to express my great satisfaction from your services. I am writing to you all the way from Canada and frankly did not know whether my friend in Bristol would receive the flowers i ordered through your company on time for her birthday. Hence, some moments ago i was made aware the flowers and chocolates were delivered and apparently made such a huge impression, my friend was in tears.

I live in Israel , and my mother lives at St Monica home on the Bristol Downs.

Last week she had a nasty fall, on New Year's eve and only a couple of days before her 83^rd birthday.

As soon as I heard, I wanted to send her some flowers to cheer her up – then I found your delivery service for flowers and plants, on the Web.

I ordered your rose planter, which arrived within hours to my mother's delight.

She tells me the roses are beautiful (and she is a lifelong gardener!).

 I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service – now I know where to turn to in Bristol for flowers!

Tina,  She LOVED them!  She said the flowers were perfect and beautifully arranged in the basket, and unbeknownst to me, it was the very first time in her 82 years that she received Valentine’s Day flowers.  I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your taking such good care of her—living here in Atlanta and choosing a florist in England is very nerve wracking but you take all the worries out of it.  When we come to England next I think we’ll drop by your shop to thank you in person.
